01 Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website of Winall Paper ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Dongguan City, China, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
As a professional OEM/ODM tissue manufacturer, these terms primarily govern the use of our digital platform. Specific commercial transactions for bulk manufacturing will be governed by separate Sales Contracts.
02 Intellectual Property Rights
Site Content: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images (including factory and production line photography), and software, is the property of Winall Paper and is protected by international copyright laws.
OEM/ODM Designs: For private label services, any packaging designs provided by Winall Paper as part of our complimentary design service remain our intellectual property until a Sales Contract is signed and production commences, at which point rights may be transferred as stipulated in the contract.
Restriction: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
03 Product Information Disclaimer
Winall Paper strives to be as accurate as possible in describing our tissue paper products (toilet rolls, kitchen towels, napkins, etc.). However, due to the nature of custom manufacturing:
- Visual Representation: Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary depending on customized specifications (e.g., embossing patterns, ply thickness, packaging materials).
- Specifications: Technical parameters such as GSM (grams per square meter), whiteness, and pulp composition (virgin wood vs. bamboo) are subject to the final confirmed sample ("Golden Sample").
- Changes: We reserve the right to modify product specifications or discontinue products without prior notice, although confirmed orders will not be affected.
04 Commercial Terms Overview
While this website serves as a showcase of our capabilities, actual business transactions are subject to formal negotiation. The following general terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Standard MOQ is 1×40'HQ container per order. Mixed loading of different SKUs may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Lead Time
Standard production lead time is 7-15 working days after deposit receipt and artwork confirmation.
* Specific payment terms (e.g., T/T, L/C), Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP), and delivery schedules will be explicitly defined in the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.
05 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winall Paper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the website;
- Any content obtained from the website.
06 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or subsequent commercial contracts shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or submitted to the competent court in Dongguan City.
